Refund Policy for TheMovingBros LLC

At TheMovingBros LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.
Deposits and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the move may receive a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable due to scheduling, labor, and time commitments.
Service Refunds
Once services are rendered, refunds will not be issued except in cases of proven negligence or failure to deliver services as agreed. If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your move to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Damage Claims
If any damage occurs during your move, please notify our team immediately. Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the completed move. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution in line with our service agreement and liability policy.
